About Sterling Silver Jewellery

Sterling silver is defined as metal alloy consisting of 92.5% by weight of pure silver ( which in this state is too soft & malleable for use in jewellery design ) and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper. The copper makes the silver much more durable & easy to work with. All sterling silver used in my work has been reclaimed & is sustainable. Reclaimed sterling silver is where old or broken pieces of jewellery have been taken & impurities removed from the alloy & it is reused.

Product care: Please do not spray perfume or any lotions on to the silver, do not wear during sport, showering, swimming or sleeping. Clean regularly with a silver polishing cloth.
